There is nothing to do to manage your Contact Us Page other than ensuring your address and phone number are correctly entered into your Business Profile. Additionally, you can add your Business Hours and Inclement Weather Hours to your Contact Us Page, which you can also enter in your Business Profile section of your Business Dashboard.

Finally, the decision to display your address, as well as your location on a map, are specified in the Site Configuration page.
